New for the Rio Olympics, Brooks have brought out their lightest weight, fastest racing flat - the Hyperion. It weighs in at 221g with a 10mm offset. The Biomogo DNA midsole cushions the footstrike dynamically no matter where you touchdown, be it heel, midfoot or forefoot.

“Just as light if not lighter than its competitors at half the price. I would echo what others have said that this trainer is a little narrower compared to other brooks but I was happy with my usual size. So comfortable & felt These are an ideal racing trainer for 5 & 10k.”

“They are a like-for-like replacement for my other Hyperions which are wearing out. They are a great racing shoe, which is why I bought the same. Not easy to find now as many retailers no longer stock them and the new Hyperion model is not so good.”
