These resistance bands are a great aid for improving muscle strength and range of motion. Different colours mean different resistance levels: red band provides medium resistance (5.5 pounds of force when stretched to 200% of its length); green provides a heavier resistance of 6.7 pounds and they are both suitable for hip/knee exercises - great for runners who want to strengthen these areas.
