“ORDER 213049 12TH. APRIL - The Item sent is not the same as in the photo on the site. That is clearly RIGHT HANDED & the one I received is LEFT-HANDED. Unless you know of a way to adapt the rail I would like a RIGHT-HANDED one sent out asap. We are coming to the end of our remodel project so your swift attention would be greatly appreciated. Hi Steven, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. The grab rail purchased is universal - meaning you can install the item both left or right hand orientation. You just need to loosen/tighten the grub screws towards the end of the rail, where the wall brackets are attached. We'd appreciate it if you could amend your product review, given it was a simple misunderstanding and the item supplied is perfectly suitable. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
