“We ordered 2 Nutcrackers which were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately one of the figures was broken in transit. I contacted Roy’s immediately, it was just before 5 in the afternoon. The next day I received an email before 9am saying that they would send a replacement. The replacement was received a couple of days later. Their service is exceptional so pleased with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and recommend them to others.”
