“Received our pool for my daughters 9th birthday on lockdown and the pool legs are missing !!! Can’t get a return or refund as no one is available, received an email for me to chase another company for parts ? Seriously this is poor aftercare even though the situation as the country is. You should be offering to have the damaged item collected and return and a replacement or refund ,”

“Great pool. Kids love it. Takes up a lot of our modest London garden but it has made Easter lockdown feel like a proper holiday! We use the solar cover and it sits in the sun. Thought it might be a bit cold but on a sunny day it’s absolutely fine. I had a look around and Roy’s were the best value for money being offered online. Pool came in 4 days of ordering! There was a delivery issue with DHL (they split the delivery so we received the pool and accesories separately but without notification) and Roy’s customer service team were absolutely fantastic. I was really impressed.”

“The pool is really great. Easy to set up and seriously big. The delivery was quick and Roys offered a good price. We’ll have a great summer :-). ”
