“Not ready when we arrived even though the website stated in stock, then gave wrong instructions where to park so we had to carry 2 heavy bags a fair distance yet there is a loading area. Mixed messages throughout and cost more by attempting twice and paying for parking when it was not necessary.”

“The staff were very helpful, had a little wait before my order was ready but they helped transport it to my car and even assisted in loading it as well which was very much appreciated! It would have been nicer having a branch closer to where I live (Ipswich) as I had about 30 mins travel to get there but the money I saved on the product made it more than worthwhile. I would recommend and use this store again.”
