“Thanks to Roys we placed an order with you simply and received our filter cartridges promptly. The product we received is totally as expected. We had previously ordered from another company but we found the cartridges leaked out little black particles into our filtered water. I did wonder if they could have been fakes! No such trouble with our order from you. Thanks again for your excellent service!”
