“At first sight the castors looked good, well at least nice and shiny. However, as soon as I opened the first one I found that the wheel did not run true because the hole for the axle had been drilled at an angle. The others 3 castors were the same. Assuming that the castors were made in China like everything else we buy these days, they must have been made in a back street shed using basic tools as the axle holes seem to have been made using a hand held drill rather than a lathe or pillar drill. Certainly even a modest CNC machine could have turned out accurately manufactured components. I find it hard to believe that a country that can produce the world supply of iPhones cannot drill a straight hole in a brass wheel. Fortunately the table I have fitted the castors to will not be moved very often so the skew operation will not be a problem. If I had wanted them for frequent use then I would have returned them.”

“These castors are great quality and look great. I wanted to be able to move a console table in my hallway to access a cupboard. The castors were a perfect fit and do the job. Excellent customer service too. Each stage of the order is communicated. My order arrived within a couple of days of being placed.”
