We are so sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. It was sent by Royal Mail 24 on the 28th of November and should ideally have arrived the very next day. Royal Mail are struggling with a huge backlog of packages which is causing long delays. This is due to the 2 day strike they had Thursday and Friday before the Black Friday weekend and then another two day strike Wednesday and Thursday after the same busy weekend. We hope your order soon will arrive. The parcel reference number 21041246600000030E8CA will give an update on Royal Mail's website once a delivery attempt has been made.
