“I would give this bracelet a five star review, as it is beautiful, but I had to return a previous purchase, which was a wrong size, and the company rejected the item from customs due to a customs charge. I followed every instruction and labelled the return as "returned goods". This return has been a nightmare and has ruined my love of this companies product. Buyer beware.”

“I would not recommend this company to anyone. I purchased a bracelet and ended up wanting to return it because of the size and way it fit my wrist. It took several attempts to get a response. When i did finally got a response, they do not supply a return label and I was informed the return address is in the United Kingdom. When I looked up the cost of shipping for the return, it was going to be $90. The bracelet was only $145. This company is a scam and should be out of business.”
