“Beautiful bracelet however I ordered one size too large so I sent it back for 20cm. Waiting as patiently as possible for the correct size to arrive. Customer service has been fantastic and responsive. The only negative issue is with the tracking program - it doesn't work on the Ronatelli site or the Royal Mail site. It's impossible to get any update other than "your order is placed and is about to be shipped". This may be because this is an international order - not sure if that's the issue or not...”
