“I like the boots but the your service and customer care is not very good when I purchased the boots I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size I emailed you straight after I completed payment and asked if you can send me a size 12 instead of size 11 you didn’t reply to my email so I thought you will send me the size 12 especially as it was requested 2 minutes after i made payment for the size 11 anyway I received my boots on Monday 3/10/22 and they were size 11 I have just had to buy the size 12 again I’m not happy and if I didn’t like the boots so much and need them I wouldn’t be buying anything from you especially when I’ve read your return policy that I would not get the refund until you got the boots back and instead of just exchanging them I have to purchase a new pair I like a lot things you have to sell but unfortunately you will not be getting my custom again and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone sorry that’s just how I feel”
