“The 4-7 business day delivery ended up being 19 business days for delivery because there was none in the UK distribution centre (a ‘house’ in liverpool!!!). There was no communication or apology until I contacted them to find out what was happening. The shoe seems ok but their after sales leaves a lot to be desired.”
