“i have ordered many safety boots from here but one pair where not delivered. i told them that my mailroom and warehouse had not received them and they told me to sort it out with aust post. when i typed in the tracking number they gave me Aust post said it didnt exist. i told them all this and they didnt seem to care to much. i asked for a refund but received nothing or no concern for this purchase :(”
