“I ordered the wrong size initially, as the default was 11.5, but I emailed them and they had the right size in stock and changed it, it then took longer to arrive and then I didn’t get notified until I received the parcel pick up in my mailbox, but they’re great and everyone at work is thinking of getting some too!”
