Crafted with a highly abrasion resistant material and then reinforced with incredibly hardwearing Cordura panelling strategically placed in key areas, these trousers are built to withstand scuffs, tears, and rips.
The main body of these trousers features our 4-Way Multi-Flex stretch to allow you to move easily in any direction you need. A Durable Water Repellency finish on the outer material helps to protect you from unexpected showers.
Durability shouldn’t affect comfort, which is why the waistband features a stretch elastic that adapts to your body on the move. To ensure that you always have enough space to carry your adventure essentials, these trousers have a total of 5 secure zipped pockets. With 1 rear zipped pocket, 2 zipped hand pockets including a Tri-ring inside the left-hand pocket, 1 zipped drop-in thigh pocket, and 1 zipped and snap fastened drop in thigh pocket with elastic webbing for securing your accessories. Featuring Cordura belt loops with a Ranger Belt (included).
Inside the hem you’ll find a bootlace clip concealed by grosgrain tape that allows you to connect the trousers to your hiking boots, enhancing your coverage and protection. The hem also features an expandable gusset and a Cordura panel inside the hem to prevent abrasion and wear.

“I've replaced my colder weather walking (well, birding in my case) trousers with two pairs of the Terras (one grey/black & the other black/black), and two pairs of the predecessor Fjell trousers in the recent sale. I'm about 180 cm (about 5'11"), between 76 and 77kg (just under to just above 12 stone) and roughly a 83cm (33") waist. So I sit between the 32" and 34" waist sizes - the lower is a little too cosy, the upper gives me room to manouevre (and a bit of leeway!) so I've opted for that. The quality is excellent, the Terras perhaps just a little lighter than the Fjells, and perhaps a little more flexible - so all in all even nicer to use. I like the "open" hip pockets on the Fjells for just...sticking my hands in, but the zipped ones on the Terras are obviously more secure. The other zipped pockets are well placed and easy to access. The only thing I'd point out with both the Fjells and the Terras is that the supplied belt isn't really heavy duty enough for the weight of the trousers, but that's easily fixed with a more robust Rohan belt from some time ago. Still getting used to them, but thus far, thoroughly recommended.”
