This multi-pocketed hip-length jacket features five zipped security pockets in total, one internal and four external, allowing the wearer to carry all essential items needed on any trip. An adjustable waist drawcord and cuffs have been provided for a closer fit and maximum versatility. This is the ultimate expedition/trekking jacket, with the styling to work just as effectively in the city.Our designers created a large vent on the rear of the jacket for increased airflow, improving breathability. Insect Shield® technology has been treated on the entirety of the jacket for long-lasting, effective and convenient insect protection.
Made using a combination of advanced Polyamide and Elastane for incredible and long-lasting durability, comfort and freedom of movement. These modern fibres have a Dynamic Moisture Control finish, keeping you feeling cool and comfortable even in hot and humid conditions.
Insect Shield® Note
Insect Shield® technology converts clothing into convenient, comfortable and effective protection against biting insects. Each Insect Shield® labelled garment is treated with Permethrin, an invisible an odourless ingredient which protects against insects such as mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers and midges. The treatment is so tightly bonded to the fabric fibres that it retains effectiveness through the expected life of the product – well beyond the limits of most fabric finishes.

“Good jacket if you can tolerate the stud fastenings, to my mind this jacket is over-designed with too many features. Positives, well placed secure zipped pockets. I tried my normal size (medium) in shop and found it way too big (and long), Rohan then sent me the small size (36" to 38"). Initially I found it a good fit, but with more consideration perhaps not - a tolerable fit but even small size has a little too much room and the length issue remains. This review overrides my previous first thoughts review.”

“Being of a certain vintage, the combat/safari style, distribution of pockets, two way zip and waist draw cord confer a degree of nostalgia as well as practicality. Since purchase at sale price it has effectively become my go to jacket for daily wear in all but heavy rain. I like the stretchiness, good windproofing and surprising breathability, which means I can be comfortable over a range of temperatures; eg today over just a shirt at 10 degrees. Pleased with purchase at sale price. Large fits my 44 chest well. GS”
