The Parkland Jacket is low in bulk, lightweight, and designed with our 2.5-Layer Barricade Standard making it perfect for weekend breaks and countryside escapes. It’s fully waterproof, breathable, and completely windproof, so you’ll be protected from unpredictable weather as you wander through market towns or along bridle paths. A slightly dipped hem provides additional protection from the elements.
The hood is a highlight of this jacket, with a structured bonded peak, a wired ridge, and hidden adjusters so you can tighten the fit around your face to provide shelter from pouring rain and blustering winds. When the showers stop and the clouds clear, the hood easily rolls into your collar, with hook and loop fastenings that make it easy to secure in place.
To protect your possessions from the elements, plackets have been strategically placed over the two external zipped pockets to keep the rain out, and an internal zipped pocket safely stores your more valuable essentials. The main jacket zip has AquaGuard® as an added shield to ensure that no water makes its way through the zip mechanism, and to keep you comfortable on long days out wandering around town, there’s a fleece lining at the back of the collar.
