Men's Bags Trousers Conifer Green Reviews

Read Rohan Reviews

The iconic Rohan Bags are the original multi-functional outdoor trousers and the blueprint for all contemporary travel trousers.
Everything in our clothing range owes a little something to the ground-breaking inspiration behind Bags.
Bags were, astonishingly, first introduced way back in 1982. And, at the time, they caused a big impression in the active outdoor clothing market.
People told us they would never sell. Initially, because they were too futuristic. And now they tell us they won’t sell because they’re not ‘fashionable’ enough. Yet every year Bags are our best-selling trousers. (Good job the only people we listen to are our customers.)
We know of many Rohan enthusiasts who own six or seven pairs. And of people who refuse to throw away pairs that are over twenty years old – they may have been relegated to gardening duty, but they’re still giving good service and great value for money.
Lightweight and quick-drying, they also offer UPF 40+ Sun Protection*. They feature four security pockets, side expansion panels, reinforced seat and knees and, of course, our trademark accessory D-ring.
Rohan Bags are the polar opposite of today’s disposable, frivolous ‘fast’ fashions.
They just work. It was true 35 years ago and it’s still true today.
*A Note on Sun Protection
All Rohan garments which carry our sun protection icon, have been tested in accordance with recognised international standards for ultraviolet radiation protection. As a guide to the level of protection offered to covered areas, garments are awarded a rating of UPF 40+. Protection may be significantly reduced with extended wear or if the garment is stretched or wet; the reduction of associated health risks will vary with other factors such as skin type or individual medical history.
Available in a 36” unfinished leg length. Can be hemmed to desired length with iron on stick up tape provided.
Fabric: 48% Cotton, 52% Polyester

Bags are good quality and last and most importantly for me the unfinished ones are long enough. Delivery times always prompt

I've had many pairs down the years, but now the stitching fails too soon for the price. It used to be better.

John is right - there has to be reviews for 'bags', or is it like oxygen, we got so used to it no need to say how helpful it is? Anyway Bags are the definitive Rohan. I cannot praise them too much. Light - pretty much windproof and dry really rapidly. Yes if it rains you get wet - but before you know it they're dry again - exactly how it should be when walking. Over 2 decades old and still unmatched. I cannot recommend them enough. Oh something has changed over their history - and that is the waist sizes - for some reason Rohan seem to be making them smaller although they still use the same units - something is wrong here. I used to slip into 28 but now for some reason I need a 34 - I guess rather than put they price up they're making them smaller ! If you haven't ever treated yourself to a pair go and get some. I am disappointed to see ladies bags have gone from the range though - I hope this never happens to men's. If so then it's bye bye Rohan.

How can there be no reviews for a product that has been around for 20years? I like the trousers but find that the stitching tends to fail after a few months to a year, particularly at the top of the knee reinforcement. This has happened on several pairs
