The steps themselves are solid, robust and safe. However I had a big issue with the colour selection which is very confusing on the company website. Be very careful which green is selected. I wanted the dark green but was sent the lime green even though I’d had a email conversation with a colleague. The steps were supposed to blend with my garden as I need the steps to act like a stile. The company would not swap the steps without me being liable for the courier costs. I thought this was odd as I was prepared to buy a second set of dark green steps and the lime green steps could’ve been collected by the courier when the other steps were delivered. It was as though Roadware just didn’t want to be helpful. Shame.

I'm sorry to hear you feel we didn't want to be helpful. You initially ordered the darker forest green step colour but contacted to change it to the standard ‘lighter’ green, so we sent out as requested. It is our company policy for any unwanted item returns or colour swaps to be subject to logistics fees otherwise we'd be operating at a loss in such cases. Naturally if it a product, or our, fault we wouldn’t charge.
