About your chef:
Joe Nesbitt-Larking is an events chef and tutor specialising in live-fire food from around the world, and has been teaching at Riverside for about four years. He is a Traeger Grills ambassador and demo chef, a role which has seen him work alongside renowned chefs such as Mike Robinson and Danielle Bennett AKA Diva Q at events up and down the country. Joe’s passion lies in demystifying things such as sourcing ingredients and fuel, helping people explore and experiment with confidence and giving people the tools to get the best out of what they’ve got.
About Riverside:
The Riverside Garden Centre has been established since 1997 and is owned and run by Russell and Jo Jeffery who take a very hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. They are always on hand to help and give advice.
