Inspired by a combination of the latest Weber® technology and 30 years of grilling experience the Weber® Genesis® II E-410 GBS®, Black launched in January 2017.
Sizable yet highly versatile within the Weber® Genesis® II range the E-410 GBS®, Black has everything you would expect from a feature-heavy gas barbecue as well as offering a very substantial 4128cm² cooking area.
Solidly built with a porcelain-enamelled lid and stainless steel side tables, the barbecue is weather-proof and easy to clean.
As with the rest of the Genesis® II barbecues the E-410 GBS®, Black incorporates Weber's new GS4 electronic ignition system operated by a push button on the front of the unit as well as two state-of-the-art high performance tapered burners which ensure constant and even heat distribution over the entire cooking area.
Weber's famous Flavorizer® Bars are ever-present and as with previous Weber® gas barbecues continue to protect the burners underneath whilst infusing and flavouring the cooking food as fat and food juices fall onto them.
Re-housed centrally under the cook box for convenience and ease of access, a new Grease Management System has been introduced to help prevent flare-ups and making cleaning quicker and easier.
Another improvement Weber® has made with the Genesis® II is the relocation of the gas bottle to the outside of the unit to maximise internal space for accessories and to make connection to the regulator easier.
The Weber® Genesis® II E-410 GBS®, Black comes with a porcelain-enamelled cast iron Gourmet BBQ System® cooking grate that is compatible with the full range of Weber® GBS® inserts (sold separately) to allow you to get the most out of your barbecuing experience. Designed specifically for the Genesis® II and Genesis® II LX ranges are a series of Weber® accessories which get integrated into the fold down warming rack to increase cooking possibilities. Under the name Weber® Elevations® these accessories create a tiered Cooking System within the barbecue to free up space on the main cooking grate, Within the Elevations® range you will find accessories including a Vegetable Basket and Frame, Grill Rack and Skewer Set, Sear Grate, Griddle and Expansion Rack.
Other features across the Weber® Genesis® II range include a sleek open cart design, Tuck-away warming rack, side tables (with one that folds down on the 2 and 3 burner models) and integrated tool hooks all designed to make your cooking experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible.

“This is a quality, easy to use BBQ. The price is not cheap, but the bbq will last you years as there is nothing to rust, fall apart or will eventually need replacing, unlike most other bbq's. Taking this cost effectiveness into account this bbq is very good value. I bought a 4 burner bbq to replace my old 3 burner Genesis Silver A, which I had for 14 years. It is still in perfect working condition, but I wanted something a bit bigger for suckling pig roasting, hence the 4 burner choice. The new burner design definitely does away with any 'cold spots' on the grill and the new grease management system does certainly reduced flare ups of certain fatty foods. These two problems are a bane of any bbq and Weber have engineered the problems out of the new Genesis range. The burner knobs are large and give excellent precise control of the gas regulation. The lid hinges really well and is very easy to operate despite it being a large chunk of insulated cast aluminium. This does help to contain the heat better if cooking or roasting with the lid down One thing to be aware of if you are not sure whether to buy a 3 or 4 burner bbq. On my old 3 burner bbq I would turn all three burners on to heat up the bbq (lid down). It would heat up quite quickly and when i was ready to cook, I would reduce all of the burners or turn the middle one off all together. As the internal volume of a 4 burner is greater than the 3 burner, it takes more time to heat up the grill hence it takes more time and more gas to get the grill ready. If I am cooking for 2 to 4 persons then I would generally only need two of the burners on, but the larger volume of the 4 burner unit swallow up and disperses the heat, so to compensate I need to have an extra burner on. This will use up more gas. So think hard, do you really need the extra grill size all of the time or only occasionally. If only occasionally then consider having the smaller 3 burner size. This was something I did not consider but wish I had. That aside, you will not regret buying this bbq, whatever size you choose.”
