Weber® Hickory Wood Chips are ideal for using with the Weber® Smokey Mountain™ or on both charcoal and gas barbecues to give a spicy strong smoky flavour to your food.
For the perfect flavour soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes before using and simply sprinkle onto to the hot coals of a charcoal barbecue or place into a Weber® Smoker Box if using a gas barbecue.
A versatile flavour, Weber® Hickory Wood Chips can be used with chicken, pork, lamb venison an beef.
Adding a rich taste of hickory to your big chunk of beef will leave everyone wondering how you did it. Experimenting with adding flavoured wood chips to the recipe makes barbecuing even more intriguing and delicious.
