Weber® MasterTouch® GBS® 57cm - Crimson (Matte Finish)
Bursting with all the features of the best-selling One-Touch® Premium, the three significant additions the MasterTouch® offers are the Tuck-Away® lid holder, Gourmet BBQ System® grate coming as standard and a choice of four vibrant kettle colours in addition to the traditional black.
The Gourmet BBQ System® grate has a removable 30cm centrepiece to allow you to attach a number of compatible accessories including sear grate, wok, pizza stone and griddle (all sold separately) offering you no end of cooking possibilities.
Besides the versatility the 57cm Gourmet BBQ System® grate offers, it also has an impressive 2552cm² total cooking area which is more than sufficient for a family or group of friends to enjoy a hassle-free garden party or all-year round alfresco get-together.
Regardless of whether you choose crimson, spring green, slate blue, smoke grey or black, all the bowls and lids throughout the colour range are porcelain-enamelled to ensure protection against fire, rust and the elements and are all made to last which is why Weber® confidently offer a 10-year warranty on them.
In addition to a weather-proof handle with protective heat shield the MasterTouch® lid also contains an integrated thermometer and a rust-proof aluminium vent to control temperature and air flow for perfect barbecuing.
Like the lid, the bowl of the MasterTouch® is also fitted with a weather-proof handle comprising two useful integrated tool holders as well as a Tuck-Away® lid holder which acts as both a convenient rack to retain the lid as you tend to your food and a handy windbreak.
As with the One-Touch® Premium, the Weber® MasterTouch® boasts the more advanced stainless steel One-Touch® cleaning system and removable ash catcher to make cleaning and maintenance of the kettle even easier and more effective.
Simply by sliding the lever protruding from the One-Touch® cleaning system three angled blades attached internally to the base of the kettle rotate to ‘sweep’ the ash through the drainage holes into the rust-proof removable ash catching bucket saving time and preventing mess.
At the bottom of the stand sits a convenient triangular shelf for placing food or accessories as well as two logoed all weather wheels to assist with mobility of the barbecue.
Included with the MasterTouch® barbecue is a pair of char-baskets® to help with the positioning of the briquettes for indirect cooking as well as one large disposable drip tray.
As well as the charcoal baskets, the MasterTouch® also comes with a useful charcoal measuring cup which will help keep the amount of briquettes used consistent and in-turn the temperature controlled, meaning perfectly cooked food every time!
The Weber® MasterTouch® barbecue is a fantastic piece of kit for everyone, particularly those wanting to take their outdoor cooking beyond burgers and sausages and cook using both the direct and indirect methods adding endless possibilities to their cooking repertoire!
We recommend the Weber® Briquettes (sold separately) as the best fuel source for a MasterTouch® barbecue, but click here to see our full selection of Weber® charcoal.
As you would expect from a quality brand like Weber® there are a huge range of accessories designed to assist and take your outdoor cooking to the next level from cook books, tools, warming racks, covers right through to flavoured wood chips, so click here to see the full range of Weber® accessories we have to offer.

We have used this twice now and it cooks like a dream. The temperature gauge on the outside is very useful and the design that allows food to be moved away from the hottest areas is useful to avoid charring the food. The ash collection bin underneath makes it so easy to clean as well. We love it.

Looks over powering when first assembled which was easy to do (I'm 72years) but is very user friendly with it's top and bottom vent control. I have cooked shoulder of pork with roast potatoes in a pan under it, great crackling, bear can chicken with a rub on it, and various other cuts of meat. All the latter came out well using the indirect cooking method, (see u-tube), lots better than the burnt offerings that one usually associates with my amateur BBQ'ing. All in all, wish I had bought it many years ago, 10 out of 10.

I have previously owned a classic Weber which lasted 20 years. I've now treated myself to a new Master Touch which is solidly constructed and I hope will last me many years. I've used it twice and am delighted with all of the helpful features.

This is a fantastic piece of kit. I've had various BBQs over the years and I've never really had a great deal of success. I got this as we're having a bit of a do in a few weeks so I thought I'd invest a few quid in something decent. The first thing to mention is that the build quality is excellent. I looked at a few BBQs in Homebase first. Lots have some great features but they're all built from something akin to the material that biscuit tins are made from. The Weber is really sturdy. I also bought a chimney starter and this is something I would recommend to anyone. No more using 4 gallons of fluid or half a ton of lighter blocks to get something that gets up to the temperature of the sun for 5 minutes and then cools down within about 10 minutes leaving you with half cooked food. I just filled the chimney, let a couple of firelighters and it was ready to cook within 20 minutes. So, first tryout and I went for a beer can roasted chicken. 90 minutes later and I had a perfectly cooked chicken that was absolutely delicious. Second go, I went for a slow cooked shoulder of pork and used the fuse burn method. This was astounding. It maintained a temperature of between about 135 and 150 degrees for 5 hours and even then only used 2/3 of the briquettes which went round just over half the BBQ. I put a tray of boiling water under the joint and used what was collected in that to make gravy. I also used 2 decent sized chunks of wood on top of the coals to get some smoke. The results were amazing. The pork tasted incredible and even the gravy has a delicious smokey flavour to it. I got a good deal on my BBQ and that included the griddle plate for the centre of the grill. Tonight, I'm going to fire it up and try doing some salmon fillets on there. I'm confident that the results will be spot on. Next on the list is to get the iGrill3 and a couple of other necessary gadgets to go with it. Cleaning it out after is also really quick and easy. I just let it cool down and then brush all the ash through the bottom vents into the container with a dust pan brush. Seriously, if you're at the stage where you're going to give up BBQs forever then blow a few hundred quid and get one of these with some accessories. I now see my BBQ as a proper alternative to the oven in the kitchen rather than a tin box that turns expensive Cumberland sausages into blunt instruments capable of being used as deadly weapons.
