“The coffee is always roasted well and to my liking and there is always a wide variety of coffee sent.
I appreciate that when an order goes wrong it is rectified immediately.
My only criticism is of a couple of things.
I am keen on drinking the coffee within the first 2 weeks of roasting and I notice the difference in taste once the coffee reaches a few weeks old. At first the coffee would arrive with in 4 days of roasting but my last pack had been roasted 2 weeks earlier.
I also would like to see the pack weight increased to 250g as I always run out a few days before the next delivery, I would not mind paying a bit extra for this.
In all though I am very happy with the service and product.

Hi Luke: just to clarify, we send a single package of 227g net so that it meets the Royal Mail dimensions for a large letter, saving on postage costs and ensuring you never get a "We're sorry we missed you" note from the postie. We've found 250g is just too wide. However, if you order multiple bags we send as small parcel and you get 250g net coffee. Cheers Rin
