“A very lovely clean tea with a light vegetal, chestnutty flavour that lingers in the taste buds. Can be brewed at a higher temperature - 80*C works well and infused a number of times while still holding its flavour. This makes it a great value tea. Also, works well as a cold tea, 5-10g (start with 5) in a litre of water overnight in the fridge, or about 8 hours. Sublime tea, happy customer.”
