“"You'd think that coffee beans grew on trees" well Guatamala comes from 'place of many trees' and they certainly must be bearing the fruits of their beans!
Central Americas and again I get chunks of chocolate even when I open my container, then again when I grind it and finally when I drink it. Must be a central/southern Americas that does it. Can't fault it in any of the ways I've brewed it, that's V60 (cheers Rin) Espro, coffee bag and of course espresso. It's really smooth, I'd put it medium/strong in strength, even though (in my humble view) it's more of a light/medium roast than something dark and oily.
PS. We need these roasting, then sent over to Ginger Bakers to be smothered in chocolate. Royalties can be paid in kind ;-)”
Chocolate beans, now that's something on the list for product development Tony. Thanks so much for your review and glad you were one of our winners out of the hat for the V60.
