“What an amazing machine. Was an upgrade from my Sage dual boiler and is a significant upgrade indeed. The machine itself is beautiful, you can really see the quality of the build work and design. I plumbed the machine in to the main waiter line myself, pretty straightforward. I’d spent a lot of time researching between various machines and brands and finally decided upon the ECM. After a light night email exchange with Rinaldo, I placed an order. His was the only website to have stock and I’m glad his was. He remembered me saying I’d be plumbing the machine and he set the valve selector for me already. His after care service was fantastic and he even sent me a bag of coffee with the machine too.
