“The machine is very well built and heavier than expected. It is very easy to use and program through the PID. Steam capacity is unreal especially if you max out the PID setting and use a 5 hole tip. Espresso extraction is fantastic and I can really tell the difference between this and my previous machine. Rinaldo’s extra ims shower screen was a nice add on and considering the excellent service I could not be happier with choosing this machine!”
“After much research, I ordered the ECM Synchronika from Rinaldo's. Order was acknowledged and advised of delivery and everything went to plan. The machine arrived and I proceeded with the setting up. Rinaldo had even marked some pertinent pages in the manual which was a nice touch. Now, having done my research I was aware folks said the tank would empty, but I never realised just how quickly it empties during the filling procedure, i.e. the dual boilers just suck all that water straight in very quickly emptying the tank. After the initial fill, the tank is plenty big enough to supply the boilers, but that initial fill procedure did feel a little bit like an initiation ritual. The machine is refined and a joy to use, and the enhancements of the IMS filter screen and silicone seal do seem really worthwhile, thank you.”

“Having owned prosumer machines for the last 12 years, I can more fully appreciate the extra features of this excellent machine. In order of appreciation: very quiet rotary pump, precise boiler temp, powerful and controllable steam wand and shot timer, and that is not mentioning the extraordinarily high finish quality. Almost a shame if you buy this as your first machine as you get everything straight away!
