“A fabulously well made espresso machine that makes fabulous coffee. It looks amazing and is seriously well built. All of the hardware is hefty including the portafilters - and you get two spouted ones out of the box. Compared to the portafilters from my previous machine, they felt like they were kids toys. Downsides - well it takes a little while for the machine to heat up as the E61 grouphead is a mass of brass and it takes time to get to temperature. My workaround is to have the machine connected to a smartplug that has a schedule so that I the machine is at temperature by the time I'm in the kitchen in the morning. And the other downside - I'm constantly wiping the machine to keep it gleaming. But that's down to me! :D Overall a great piece of kit. It's not cheap but it's a great statement piece that makes fab coffee. And I got a great introduction to using the machine from Alice from Rinaldos who showed me the ins and outs of the machine.
