The origin of the beans and likelihood that they have been recently roasted (you can see where it all happens) and not lost flavour is important if you value your coffee. Last but not least it is local and delivered to the door the next day if you order on line - what more could you ask for.”

“What a coffee! This has become my ‘go-to’ choice. ‘Doctor Congo’ (as my 9yr daughter has renamed it) is definitely a grower. Lots of different flavours that reveal themselves throughout the duration of each mug. Plenty going on but nothing overpowering, this coffee is a perfect strength. I usually have this in an aero-press. Highly recommended, give it a try and you’ll definitely be back for more. Oh...nearly forgot to mention, there is a donation to a good cause for each bag of beans that you buy! What’s not to like?”
