“After got some of this last time I just had to reorder again.
My 1st port of call is always an espresso and as last time it's rich, silky smooth, with a chocolate hit and fruity finish. I needed a touch finer grind than the Brazillian from Rin. For the V60 pour over I also had to grind a tad finer.”
“They say that some of the worlds best coffee beans hail from Colombia (obviously roasted to perfection) and after tasting this you can see why. As an espresso it was rich but silky smooth and not overpowering, a definite chocolate hit with it and some fruit at the end. For those liking the crema, it was really thick. I found I needed just a touch finer grind than the last Brazillian I got.
For the V60 I found I also needed to go a touch finer on the grind (excuse for another straight away) and as the espresso it brewed with a rich taste but without any hint of harshness. This is going to the top of the list, alongside every other one I try! Trouble is I now have 5 no.1's, which is as many as Dave Bowie!
If you like a rich, yet smooth almost dare I say mild coffee, then this is definitly worth a 'shot'”
