Used with a malkonig grinder and ECM dual boiler machine espresso shots and associated drinks were faultless, smooth no bitterness and as it should be, recommended...

As a new-ish convert to coffee in general, the Casa Blend has been a revelation. Incredibly smooth and effortlessly delicious! I use it in an Aeropress and still get a great depth of flavour. (I also recently tried Rin's new Colombian which is a very close contender for my favourite breakfast-time coffee, but when in doubt Casa hits the spot every time!)

Thanks Gabby: we use single origins in our Casa blend which is one of the reasons it's soooooo goooood. Best wishes, Rin

After calling in and sampling Rins espresso blend I just had to buy some. I like my espresso smooth (though full bodied), flavoursome (chocolaty if possible) and without the 'smack you in the mouth, can't taste 'owt else' acidity some coffees leave you with. Well this fitted the bill perfectly. I use a Gaggia Classic at home and found the beans a lot drier than my previous supply, so that in the first couple of shots I'd used too much. But once my grinder (Iberital) was dialled in. Bingo. I raved on so much about it my wife, who very rarely has a coffee, asked me to do her a cappaccino. She loved it. Thought it was the best she'd had in a long time. Had a good few minutes chat with Rin and a good look around his showroom whilst I was there. So consequently I'm now saving up for a new EDM espresso machine. Keep up the good work and hope to call in again soon.

Most Espresso Blends you find are often aimed towards a classic espresso; earthy, bitter & full bodied. Rin's Casa Blend goes the opposite way in a way that means you can knock back Espresso after Espresso - and it truly complements the rising trend of the 'Flat White'. Bang on coffee, from a great guy! Keep doing what you're doing Rin!

May I say how very much I am enjoying your splendid coffee beans. The flavour is exquisite and I am impressed by their freshness. I must admit that I initially ground rather too many beans to make my first cup of coffee, and felt SO energized for the rest of the day! I will order some more from you again very soon.

Fabulous when brewed using an espresso machine & I expect it to be every bit as good when drip brewed. Grinds beautifully with no static in my Mazzer grinder and produced great crema with no channeling. Great body & flavour in the cup.Top notch

A fantastic coffee with real depth of flavour yet incredibly smooth. Hugely impressed, especially at the price for such top notch artisan coffee. If you're thinking about getting a bag just do it. It has instantly became one of my favourite coffees.

I had my first Rinaldo's coffee this morning and it was amazing. The whole experience oozed quality from the grinding to the plunging of the cafetiere. The infusion was perfect and produced an excellent coffee.
