“After calling in and sampling Rins espresso blend I just had to buy some. I like my espresso smooth (though full bodied), flavoursome (chocolaty if possible) and without the 'smack you in the mouth, can't taste 'owt else' acidity some coffees leave you with. Well this fitted the bill perfectly.
I use a Gaggia Classic at home and found the beans a lot drier than my previous supply, so that in the first couple of shots I'd used too much. But once my grinder (Iberital) was dialled in. Bingo. I raved on so much about it my wife, who very rarely has a coffee, asked me to do her a cappaccino. She loved it. Thought it was the best she'd had in a long time.
Had a good few minutes chat with Rin and a good look around his showroom whilst I was there. So consequently I'm now saving up for a new EDM espresso machine.
