“Went for this latte art workshop today and everything about it is fabulous. Rin first discuss with me about my experience and what I want to gain from this session. As I had some basics, Rin just briefed me though about grinding beans and how to make a good espresso. He also taught me some techniques on pouring latte art. Ive done at least 20 pours during this session and he gives me lots of valuable feedbacks and show me ways to improve them.. I will definitely introduce this class to everyone of you who are interested in latte art, whether it is just a hobby or you are planning to open your own cafe, this workshop will benefit you.”
“We arrived having booked the latte art workshop but Rin advised, based on our experience that we take more of a intro/barista workshop.
There were only the two of us on the day so we benefited from pretty much 1-1 training. Rin was very friendly and genuinely helpful. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly and was happy to go over the detail more than once. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. He was very flexible with his time and there was no pressure to close the training when our time had lapsed.
The training facilities are very good and the equipment is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed they day and intend to return when we are more experienced! We couldn't recommend the training any more. This is something that could be enjoyed on your own or as a group.
We purchased some of the coffee that is roasted on site, we've tried the espresso blend so far and it's very good.
There are other businesses on the site selling local produce which all looked good quality.
