“The problem is the high cost of shipping outside of Britain. £32.30 was the final cost for 750g of Ringtons tea. DPD sent notification early morning on the day of delivery. They promised to contact me when delivery was imminent By 6pm I urgently needed to take my dog out. While I was a few yards away the delivery man passed by my house and sent a txt claiming my address was wrong. A poor show for a lot of money, which should be refunded.
I had to make an international call to Ringtons who I must say were extremely helpful in getting the tea to my house the following day. DPD were originally threatening to return it to the sender!”
