Altogether, a cracking little device. The amp models sound terrific with my Epiphone Dot and Emperor Regent. I would be happy to use the output from the Micro as a line feed for most recording and performance purposes. I would have preferred to have more 'clean' channels, especially as it is easy to overdrive all 'amps'. I rarely have the guitar volume set higher than two (and Epi Dots aren't noted for high output). A bit more control over tone and reverb would also be nice, but realistically, for a tiny package, it is pretty sparkling. The reverb stereo effects can add real 'space' to the sound. The Bluetooth input is useful for metronome/drum loops/backing tracks. Using USB out is a bit of a faff with Windows and 'Audacity', I have to manually enable the driver, every time I use it. I have noted one issue, with mine. The battery seems to self-discharge. I.e. It goes flat in a short time when the device is switched off and unplugged. Have a feeling this is not expected behaviour. Still under guarantee, fortunately.

Really decent, means I can play while the kids are in bed without having to keep a full sized amp in the living room. Good range or amps/effects and works much better than the iRig that I was trying to use before. Only issue is it doesn't have a tuner in built, but a USB-C to C cable lets me plug it into my phone to tune.

I wanted something to play through late at night and saw the mustang micro. It's an amazing bit of kit and the different amps and effects are more than enough to keep you suitably inspired and cover a wide variety of styles. A great alternative to plugging in a full size amp and using its headphone jack. You can also use it's Bluetooth capabilities to play along to backing tracks, songs, YouTube video or one you have recorded yourself. Better than it has any right to be, especially if you can get it for a good price.
