By sending us the full dimensions (length, width and height) as well as the make & model before clicking 'buy it now' we can confirm we have something in stock ready for you. Please be aware that if you are sending your guitar in a hard / soft case then these are the dimensions that we will need (the 'external' dimensions). All boxes are 'used' as they have been shipped to us so they may have external signs of use including previous labels etc. but essentially, you are buying a cardboard box which are all in suitable condition for posting (no sub-standard boxes are sent) and there is nothing that affects the structural integrity of the box itself.
