“Good morning, thank your email. I never give a bad review, but I have had a dreadful experience. When going on you website I was not quite sure I had selected the correct ladder when I rang customer services the lady that answered was very rude and when I told of my query I was informed the selection I had made was correct and six step ladder I was trying to order had been discontinued. I placed the order only to find the ladder was incorrect. I am now faced with a handling charge and an additional £35 fee on top of that. On Google review the first review is exactly the same as my experience dreadful. Now to be fair a lady called Caitlin Walker who has been very helpful but we do find ouselves out of pocket. What a shame”
