Recommneded by Worcester Bosch, the UK manufactured MAINSLINK-PRO is an advanced Bi-directional radio switch which replaces two switched live cables, removing the need to hard wires. Supplied pre-configured and ready to operate, this durable switched live cable replacement solution can reach a range of up to 5KM (open line of sight) and housed in an IP68 rated enclosure.
Operating from 110Vac or 230Vac this Bi-directional radio switch system conists of two identical units, utilising the RF Solutions state of the art RF-LoRa spread spectrum frequncy hopping transceiver design to achieve the highest performance and range from a 868MHz, +20dBm system.
The MAINSLINK-PRO offers a versatile and efficient solution for wireless control of electrical systems, making it ideal for various applications in residential,commercial and industrial settings.

Second purchase of one of these units first one was spot on worked out the box. This one arrived unpaired and the flashing lights gave a fault out of range, so wasted a lot of time with calls and disconnecting to test. Worked fine when paired rather than the advise received moving jumper positions. The people answering technical questions show know the various problems of pairing as the fault flashes didn't relate to pairing. Unfortunately this unit also needs pairing each time the mains power is turned off. Although they spent time going through things on the phone the idea of pairing the units was the last thing suggested other than sending the brand new units back for testing leaving the customer without a working Heating system.

Ended up having to remove this product after only 2 weeks. It had constant signal dropout and sporadically would leave one of the relays closed on signal loss, which in my application meant the heating was on 24/7 with only means of turning it off by the main power switch. It led to many return visits and a very poor customer experience. Would never consider using this as an option again.

Good Day Mr Sawyer, Many thanks for taking the time to place this review, we are sorry to hear of your problems, it sounds like there was problem at this installation. As with any radio product, it is dependent on the radio signal. The Mainslink-Pro does have a Watchdog feature and two modes of radio (LoRa mode 3 & LoRa Mode 7) to overcome the problem that was occurring at this application it was fitted in. We have a technical support team available who can provide assistance as to how to set the two jumper links to configure this. We would always recommend speaking with our support team, if you have any issues at all. Appalled with level of incompetence and ignorance dealing with this company, in particular 'John', who refused to listen when I requested a refund for an apparent non faulty product, which he then sent back to me. Product was working when installed, but did not after a few days. On a return visit from the electrician spending half a day on the phone to technical, (Edward, very helpful), they advised to return the product, at my expense. After product was returned, I was told nothing was wrong, I then requested a refund which was ignored and product sent back to me. I then contacted them for return postage, which was abruptly refused and told no refund until I paid to return the inferior product. I was made to pay postage x3 times for a product I did not want, nor worked, then charged an additional 30% restocking charge and after over a month finally received what's left of a refund. I would thoroughly recommend you use a reputable firm before having to deal with 'John' or this company.

Hi Alex, We are sorry to hear of your grievances. Looking into this we can see that you raised an RMA Return for the Mainslink-Pro for an apparent fault repair, not a refund request. After receiving the returned product our technician completed an inspection and performed a test procedure on the product, which showed the product was actually working OK, So was automatically returned to you. You then contacted us to advise that you wanted to return the product for a refund, which we are of course happy to accept however returning product for a refund does require you to cover the cost of returning the product to us. Quality is imperative to us, we operate an ISO9001 certified quality management system, we cannot sell a “used” product as “new”, therefore warranting the 30% fee. I got this to provide pump overrun to my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24ri boiler. It was easy to install and works fine even with the boiler and pump/controls in separate rooms in my house. It item is well built and should last.
