System has served us well for 15 years it's a pity that it is now obsolete, we will continue with the system we have since it would be too expensive to change over to the current system.

Dear Alan, Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star rating of our FIRETRAP 16 Button transmitter! We sincerely appreciate your support and feedback. We are thrilled to hear that our system has served you well for the past 15 years. It's truly a pity that it has become obsolete now. However, we totally understand that transitioning to the current system can be quite expensive, and we completely respect your decision to continue with the system you already have. Your satisfaction and loyalty mean the world to us, and we value your business greatly. Please feel free to reach out to us if you ever need any further assistance or have any questions. Thank you once again for choosing our product. We sincerely appreciate your kind words and ongoing support. Warm regards, Chloe - RF Solutions Team

Works well and is easy to programme. We currently have it working two traps individually and as a pair, but are looking to increase it to operating 5 traps individually and in combinations.

Your shipping option is really bad. 87€ for a package of 800 grams is really expensive. Especially when express isn't needed. Royal mail has an option for a package up to 2 kg with 250£ insurance for 10-15£ in cost.

Good Day Joakim, Many thanks for your comments, we do appreciate these and take them into account. We agree entirely, we are in the process of reviewing our shipping. We actually used to use Royal mail, but have had some unfortunate experiences where several shipments were lost, then trying to get compensation from Royal Mail took nearly a year. So it does seem attractive until it goes wrong… Many thanks Best Regards RF Solutions Team
