“The boxes were great, in near-new condition & good quality. I was a little disappointed that they came packaged in a black plastic wrap – seems a little counter intuitive from a company whose whole model is based on being eco-friendly. I now have to find somewhere that I can recycle it, as it’s not accepted in household recycling. I was also disappointed with the amount of of bubble wrap provided - it was nowhere near enough & so we had to resort to ordering more online last minute - and the tape supplied, which was essentially just a wide sellotape, but not heavy duty enough for heavy moving-house boxes. We had to order brown packing tape online.”
