“I sent an email to customer service whren their shipment was 3 days overdue. I received an apologetic response not even 24 h later and the priomise that they would send a package right away. 2 days later I received the order and another 2 days later I received the original order. USPS had been very late but RetractableBannersOnTheCheap owned up and kept it absolutely hassle free for me. Outstanding service.”

“It was great. Easy to set up and product came as designed. Only reason for 4/5 is because the stickers I ordered did not have a 'cut' on the backing to remove it easily. I did not confirm this, only assumed it would this as it is a larger sticker. I would buy from them again.”

“I was so stressed because i used the wrong size file for my photo on my banner, but the customer service was quick, friendly, effecient and patient while taking the time to fix it, and left plenty of time to have my banner to me in advance of the event i needed it for.
