“Didn't meet the quoted delivery date. I had called to ensure 2 day shipping would work. Rep on phone assured me yes. NO! arrived after my event as a result. Your company would reprint and over night it to solve the problem. There was no sympathy for my situation and your lack of delivery. Was not allowed to speaking to management. So NO I would not recommend Retractable Banners On The Cheap. I doubt you will publish this review also.”
