“I purchased express shipping. They sent an email saying the package would be delayed but didnt offer to reimburse the cost of the express shipping. I had to call and complain to the money back. After that, my goods were delayed even longer than originally told. I received an email yesterday saying my package was finally shipped, however they sent it UPS Ground. I NEED what I ordered quickly. I was willing to pay for it QUICKLY. NONE of this HAPPENED!!!!! I will NEVER use RetractableBannersOnTheCheap again.”
