“I was mildly disappointed with the quality of the logo I uploaded. On my computer it seemed quite crisp, however on the banner it is very pixilated. Not your fault, just my first attempt at using this service. However, what I found unsatisfactory was that the spring tensioner in the base had not been properly reinstalled. I had to disassemble the unit, retention the roller, and re-assemble the unit. Had I not had the required skills, the banner would not be functional.”
