“Really great quality and easy to use. Added a very professional look to our display. I would recommend that instructions be included, so I went on YouTube to find instructions. They are easy, but I had never used one before. Customer service is great once you get hold of them...as the wait on phone is looooong. This was the best price!”

“The price is great and the experience overall is good. My only "issue" is that I upload my own designs built to the size of the banners and the way I implement my design / preview the file through your site is not very good. I can upload my photo no problem but I can't determine if it's pulled to the ends of the canvas. If I stretch it to make sure the sides don't snap to the edge when I come back in. Plus, when I click to view my proof it's barely any larger at all. With other print sites I can download a full size PDF with bleed / crop marks that I can feel completely confident that it will be printed as intended. I can zoom in very tight to see details etc. I don't feel as confident when printing with RetractableBannersOnTheCheap.com. It's your prices that keep me here but if another vendor could provide the same price with the reassurance I'm looking for I'd have to consider them. If you could solve this issue I'd have zero complaints at all. I hope this review helps with future updates to the site for custom banner makers. Thanks.”
