“Frames came bent on the top and a dent in my main retractable banner. Not sure if it was shipper or Retractable Banners On The Cheap but called in with my problems and they agreed to replace them. Took a little longer than I would have liked to receive order but all in all pretty good experience, especially considering how much they were able to beat all competitor pricing.”
