“I ordered a monochrome panel and they held my order because they felt I had made a mistake by not ordering a pattern or graphics I emailed them back to ship the order and did not get an email confirmation. I had to call customer service to get my order sent. The tools to create your panel are average, and the texture and opacity of the panel itself is not as clear as what I think is needed. it was good enough for my needs I think a little overpriced though.”

“I custom ordered retractable banners and I had great help from Taylor in the design. They arrived later than expected and one set had no grommets as ordered. Taylor responded quickly, had the production team fix the issue and has sent mailed the correct retractable banners. I don't have them yet.”
