“I have ordered retractable banners with Retractable Banners On The Cheap in the past and the customer service was fantastic. If I had any complaint at all it would be that the larger banners that I ordered didn't look quite as clear as I might have liked. But it was not so bad as to make me want to return it. I usually don't order such banners but had one client ask that I provide a large retractable banner for their rental. Other than that, They were geat!”

“Ok, when it arrived, I was a little concerned. UPS was not kind to it at all, the box was ripped all the way down one side, I basically just had to reach in and pull the retractable banner out of the box. But the retractable banner itself was beautiful. Exactly what I had designed, and the stand and other hardware were all there, the retractable banner came in a self containing carry bag, I didn't anticipate that, it made for a complete and professional unit. I think they'll be impressed when I put it up tomorrow.”

“They got me what I wanted, but I paid extra to have it delivered by the 11th, but they jumped it up to the 14th after the purchase despite it saying I'd get it by the 11th for the extra I paid ($8 extra) when picking my shipping.”
