“Ordered my retractable banner, got an email saying that as it was my first time shopping with them, they would expedite my shipping for free and have it within 2 weeks instead of 4. It ended up coming from Texas to Illinois in about 4 days. Now that is service. retractable banner came and was better quality than I was expecting.”

“FREE shipping should not be more than 5 days. To offer Free shipping and make the customer wait 2 weeks or more for an order is not a good practice. I placed my order on 8/28 and didn't receive it until 9/16. That's too long to wait for a retractable banner that I could have gotten done locally and faster.”

“All was fine. Board could stand to be about an inch wider. The height is fine but difficult to get "Appreciation" to fit properly. Also some of the letters were not cut or scored so was a little tricky getting apart. Otherwise I like the retractable banner. Thanks”
